Exam Dates for 2027 School Entry

Academic scholarship exams will take place at our Logan Village, Pimpama and Reedy Creek campuses on the following dates: 

Saturday, 16 May 2026 at 9:00amApplications closed on Sunday, 3 May 2026.

Pimpama and Reedy Creek will be hosting one scholarship exam in 2026.

Academic Scholarships

Available at all three campuses for students entering Years 4–11 (Pimpama and Reedy Creek) and Years 4–10 (Logan Village) in 2027.

Music Scholarships

Music scholarships are available at all three campuses for students entering Years 7–11 (Pimpama and Reedy Creek) and Years 7–10 (Logan Village) in 2027.

The College Instrumental Music Dept will contact the applicant's parents/guardians to arrange an audition. Audition requirements can be downloaded below.


Scholarships FAQ

Applications

All scholarship applications must be submitted online and should include a copy of the applicant's most recent school report. There is a $100 non-refundable application fee that is payable at the time of application. Students are not required to bring anything with them to the examination as Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ will provide all necessary stationery. 

Please ensure you arrive at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Christian College 15 minutes prior to the examination time, and allow 60 - 90 minutes for the examination. 

Applicants will be notified in writing of their outcome approximately 3-4 term weeks after the examination.

When do Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ scholarship exams take place?

Our next Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ scholarship exams are scheduled to take place on 16 May 2026, for entry in 2027.

Where do Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ scholarship exams take place?

Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ scholarship exams take place at our Logan VillagePimpama and Reedy Creek campuses.  NB: Applicants must sit the exam at the campus where they wish to be enrolled.

What type of scholarships are offered by Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ?

Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ offers academic scholarships at all our campuses for students entering Years 4 to Year 11 in the following academic year and instrumental music scholarships at our Logan Village, Pimpama and Reedy Creek campuses for students entering Years 7 to Year 11 the following year.

What do Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ scholarships offer?

Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ scholarships cover the cost of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ tuition fees (not consumables, eg stationery, excursions etc). Depending on their academic/musical ability, successful candidates will be offered a full or partial scholarship.

How long do Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ scholarships last?

Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ scholarships are offered to students who are intending to stay at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ until graduating in Year 12. The scholarship is valid through to the end of Year 12.  
(If a student on a scholarship leaves the College prior to graduating in Year 12, the College may ask for fees waived by the scholarship to be repaid to the College)

The continuing offer of a scholarship requires the student and family to be supportive of the College and its culture and for the student to display continuing high standards of behaviour and academic results.

Can international students get scholarships?

Yes, international students can apply for and receive scholarships like domestic students. Successful applicants who are international students will receive a discount on their tuition fees of a fixed dollar value.

If my child was unsuccessful at a previous Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ scholarship exam, may they reapply?

Yes, they may apply the following year but candidates may only apply for a scholarship once per year.

Can existing Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ students apply for a scholarship?

Yes, they can.

My child is applying for an instrumental music scholarship. Must they still sit the academic exam?

Applicants for 2027 music scholarships will sit the academic exam. After completing the exam, applicants will be contacted by the College music department to discuss a suitable date for an audition.

How do I apply for a scholarship at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ?

Complete our online application form. If there is no application form online, it is because our scholarship applications are closed for the year and will reopen in January.

IMPORTANT: Please check the specific scholarship exam date you are applying for and the closing date for that exam. Due to the planning requirements of external scholarship exam providers, we cannot accept late applications.

How much does a scholarship application cost?

The application fee is $100. Payments are to be made online by credit card at the time of application. Please be aware that this is a non-refundable fee in all cases, including if your child does not sit the exam for any reason.

I completed my application, but entered some incorrect information. How can I resolve this?

Please reply to your confirmation email with any changes prior to the application close date.

What happens after submitting my application?

You will receive an email confirmation of your application with a receipt for your application fee payment. A reminder email detailing the time, location and procedure for the exam will be sent to you a couple of days before the exam date.

Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Academic Scholarship Exam

How can my child prepare for the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ academic scholarship exam?

The Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ scholarship exam is designed to test the student's existing ability. No prior preparation or specialised coaching is required or expected.

What should my child bring to the exam?

Only a drink bottle. All stationery will be provided. Calculators are not required. Smartwatches and phones are prohibited.

What if my child is ill / cannot make it on the day of the exam?

The College orders personalised exams from an external provider based on information available on the application close date.  For this reason, we are not able to provide a refund.  Applicants are welcome to reapply the following year.

What to expect on the day of the exam?

In the days prior to the exam, an information email will be sent to the email address you provided in your application.  Please ensure you register your arrival at least 15 minutes prior to the exam time.  Please allow time to find a car park, as typically, scholarship exam days are very busy.

Applicants sitting the scholarship exam at our Reedy Creek campus should enter through .

Applicants attending our Pimpama campus should enter at .

Applicants attending our Logan Village campus should enter at 38 Anzac Ave, Logan Village.

Please allow approximately 60 - 90 min for students to complete the scholarship exam and return to the car park for collection.

Can I take a look around the campus while my child is sitting their exam?

We would love to show you around our College and give you a feel for life at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ. College staff will be available to take visitors for a tour of our school while you wait for the exam to be completed.

You can also  with our Enrolments team for the opportunity to look around the campus with your child at a convenient time.

How long after the exam will I hear of the outcome?

All applicants will be notified, in writing, of their outcome approximately three to four term weeks after the exam.  Successful applicants will be invitied for an interview

Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Instrumental Music Scholarships

My child is applying for an instrumental music scholarship. Must they still sit the academic exam?

Yes, music scholarship applicants must sit the  academic exam.

How does my child apply for a music scholarship at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ?

  1. Complete an online application form. (Please ensure you state the instrument and level/grade.)
  2. Sit the academic exam at the campus where you are applying to enrol
  3. After completing the academic exam, you will be contacted by Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Instrumental Music department to arrange an audition date, provided your child meets the audition requirements. 

How long after the audition will I hear if my child has been successful?

All applicants will be notified in writing of their outcome approximately four term weeks after their audition.
