Uniform Shop Coordinator
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Uniform Shop Coordinator to join our school uniform shop team. This is a Full Time Term Time position located at our Logan Village campus.
This role involves providing excellent service to families, assisting with sales, maintaining stock and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the shop.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting parents, students, and staff with uniform purchases
• Processing sales accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Cash and EFTPOS handling
• Maintaining stock levels and assisting with inventory management
• Keeping the shop tidy, organised, and welcoming
• Providing fitting assistance to ensure correct uniform sizing
About you:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Effective time management and able to work unsupervised
• Friendly, approachable, and helpful manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and organised, with attention to detail
• TASS software – School Shop (desirable but not essential)
• Previous retail experience (desirable but not essential)
This is a Full Time (Term Time) position, Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm, at our Logan Village Campus. However, the successful candidate will also work in December and January school holidays.

Your curriculum vitae should include details for;
- at least 2 recent professional referees (including your current employer)
- at least 1 referee who can attest to your suitability to work within the values and culture of an expanding Christian school (preferably from a pastor or minister).

Our PIMPAMA CAMPUS (on the northern end of the Gold Coast) currently has over 2000 students on-site, from Early Learning to Year 12.
King’s LOGAN VILLAGE CAMPUS (in south-west Logan) currently has over 1000 students on-site, offering places for students from Early Learning through to High School.
