2026 Primary Teachers - Logan Village Campus

We are seeking dynamic and dedicated Primary Teachers to join our vibrant and expanding team in 2026, with multiple positions available across Prep to Year 6.

The successful candidates will be God honouring educators who are committed to Christian education and the delivery of high-quality learning experiences through differentiated instruction. They will demonstrate a strong understanding of effective pedagogy, a commitment to academic excellence, and the ability to tailor learning to meet the needs of all students - including providing challenge and extension for high-achieving and high-potential learners. A growth mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a capacity to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build positive, respectful, and supportive relationships with students to foster engagement, wellbeing, and a strong sense of belonging.
  • Establish and maintain open, professional communication with parents and caregivers, providing timely updates on student progress and achievements.
  • Plan and deliver rigorous, engaging lessons aligned with the Australian Curriculum and the school's academic standards.
  • Ability to design and implement high-impact, data-informed teaching.
  • Committed to achieving exceptional learning growth across all levels of student ability.
  • Engage collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership to support shared goals, curriculum delivery, and student success.
  • Maintain high expectations for student achievement, behaviour, and personal growth.


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with MultiLit programs.
  • Involvement in school musicals and/or other Creative and Performing Arts initiatives
  • Involvement in school netball and/or football programs or other sporting development initiatives.

Role will commence in Term 1, 2026

Your curriculum vitae should include details for;

  • at least 2 recent professional referees (including your current employer)
  • at least 1 referee who can attest to your suitability to work within the values and culture of an expanding Christian school (preferably from a pastor or minister).

King’s is an expanding, multi-Campus school that places paramount importance on the development of the whole child, with a particular focus on providing every student the opportunity to develop Christian Leadership skills that will prepare them for their future. The REEDY CREEK CAMPUS (on the southern end of the Gold Coast) has more than 2300 students on-site, from Early Learning through to Year 12. This campus also includes a Trade Training College.

Our PIMPAMA CAMPUS (on the northern end of the Gold Coast) currently has over 1200 students on-site, from Early Learning to Year 12.

King’s LOGAN VILLAGE CAMPUS (in south-west Logan) offers places for students from Early Learning through to High School.
